Custom Process

Custom projects begin at $2,500 and are designed specifically for you.

To accurately source materials and explore design possibilities, a deposit is required before pricing can be finalized. Once your deposit is received, we'll begin sourcing and developing your project. As the design evolves, final pricing may be adjusted accordingly.

Please note that modifications to existing Olena Noëlle designs are considered customizations rather than custom projects. Customizations do not require a minimum investment and are eligible for complimentary quotes unless otherwise specified.

1. Intake

Complete the inquiry form and tell us about your project, inspiration, timeline, and budget. Don't worry if you don't have all the details figured out yet.

2. Free Consultation

We'll meet to discuss your ideas, explore possibilities, and refine the direction of your project. If you'd like to move forward, a deposit will be collected to begin the sourcing, quoting, and design process.

3. Design

Once your deposit is received, we'll begin sourcing stones and materials and developing your design. Following this process, you'll receive a custom quote and timeline based on the selected materials and final design direction. Pricing + timeline may be adjusted if significant design changes are made during development.

4. Production

Once your design and quote are approved, the remaining balance is due before production begins. Your $500 design deposit will be applied toward the final purchase price.

Your piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using responsibly sourced materials and made to your specifications.

5. Delivery

Your finished piece arrives, ready to be worn and treasured.
