At Olena Noëlle, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using recycled gold, natural gemstones, and conflict-free diamonds. Many designs are made to order specifically for you, rather than pulled from existing inventory.

Because of the time, materials, and craftsmanship that go into every piece, returns are accepted for store credit only.

Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Olena Noëlle Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen during return transit.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit, which may be applied toward any future purchase.

Store credit does not expire.

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Personalized or engraved pieces
• Resized rings
• One-of-a-kind pieces
• Special orders
• Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
