Craftsmanship Warranty

If your piece experiences a manufacturing defect, please contact us within one year of purchase. Manufacturing defects will be evaluated and repaired at no charge whenever possible.

This warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Lost stones
• Bent rings or damaged settings
• Damage caused by impact, accidents, or improper care
• Repairs or alterations performed by another jeweler
• Loss or theft

Repairs

Many repairs can be completed for a fee, including:

• Ring resizing
• Stone tightening
• Chain repairs
• Clasp replacement
• Flat back earring adjustments
• General maintenance and restoration

Repair costs vary depending on the work required and will always be discussed before any work begins.

Routine Maintenance

Fine jewelry benefits from occasional inspection and maintenance. If you notice a loose stone, worn prong, bent post, or other concern, we encourage you to stop wearing the piece and contact us as soon as possible to prevent further damage.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with repairs, maintenance, and resizing services. We recommend shipping jewelry using an insured and trackable method.
