A modern take on the symbolic cairn — stacked stone markers representing guidance, balance, and the path ahead. Featuring a pear-cut diamond stud with an organic dangling Cairn drop. Each piece is individually melted and shaped by hand, then set with a single diamond at its center, making every Baby Cairn Stud unique in shape and texture.
6mm is our standard length and works for many healed lobe piercings. Select a different length for cartilage piercings, swelling, or a closer fit. Additional posts with different lengths may be purchased here.

Shipping + Returns
Each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted using responsibly sourced materials and made to order whenever possible. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production and shipment.
As a small, independent jewelry studio, we do not maintain large inventories, and many designs are created specifically for you once an order is placed.
Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery and are eligible for store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure the piece arrives safely, we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping method, as Olena Noëlle Fine Jewelry is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen during return transit.
Custom, personalized, and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.
